The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and offered a free shuttle service. The rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds. The pool was also a nice addition and offered a place to relax after a long day of traveling.
The staff was not very helpful and often looked unhappy to be working there. Communication was difficult as most of the staff did not speak much English.

Really UNBEATABLE position. The hotel was ideally located, within easy ride from Haikou (HAK-Meilan Intl.) airport. There was a pool on-site.

Our recent city break hotel stay had some great aspects. it was conveniently located near the airport, making our travel very easy. the hotel had a beautiful garden and relaxing hot springs, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Lastly, the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable.
There were some negative aspects to our stay. there were communication barriers due to the limited English spoken by the staff.

The service is first-class, and the staff is attentive, going above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable. The room advantages were impressive, with a large, well-equipped layout and sumptuous bedding that elevated the whole experience. The location advantages are great for city exploration and easy access to the beach.
The only minor issue I encountered while staying at this hotel was that the lighting was a bit low in certain areas. my experience was fantastic and certainly exceeded my expectations for a luxury hotel.

The hotel is incredibly near the airport, only about a 10-minute drive away. The hotel facilities were excellent, with three restaurants, a large gym, a spa, an Olympic-size pool. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering free airport transfers and arranging for breakfast takeaway for early flights. The location close to the airport made it very convenient for travelers.
